Friends of the River Crane Environment

Today we shall be clearing up the River Crane from this lovely part of the valley.  Also we shall be willow pollarding and liberating some local archaeology from the scrub that is trying to take it over and taking grid references of it's location.

There is plenty for all to do so if you have an hour or two to share, please join us.  Wear sturdy footwear and water proof clothing if it looks like rain.  We have gloves and equipment so just bring yourselves.  We also provide hot drinks, biscuits for breaks and maybe even homemade cakes if we are lucky !
