Friends of the River Crane Environment

Come and spend your day helping us to improve Crane Park.  We shall be planting hedges where there are gaps as well as maintaining the existing hedges.   Plus we shall be checking the scrapes on the riversides to ensure water margin plants can grow there in 2016 again to improve the bio-diversity.  And of course there is always river cleanign and litter picking to do !

 There is plenty for all to do so if you have an hour or two to share, please join us.  Wear sturdy footwear and water proof clothing if it looks like rain.  We have gloves and equipment so just bring yourselves.  We provide hot drinks, biscuits at breaks and maybe even hearty homemade cakes !
