Friends of the River Crane Environment

Today's work plan includes: clearing bramble and self-set saplings to restore open meadow, brush removal from the cleared orchard area, ivy removal from poplars, path woodchipping and the usual litter pick.

There is plenty for all to do so if you have an hour or two to share, please join us. Do wear sturdy footwear and water proof clothing if it looks like rain.  We have gloves and equipment so just bring yourselves.  We also provide hot drinks, biscuits for breaks and maybe even homemade cakes if we are lucky !
