Three Rivers Circular Walk
Saturday 23 November 2019
10:00 to 13:00
Todays circular walk will include 3 rivers - the River Crane, the Longford River and the upper Duke of Northumberland's River. Please note this walk has been rescheduled from October to run on November 23rd
Starting at Pevensey Nature Reserve, the walk is a great way to get out and investigate how local open spaces are linked together and maybe discover a new one learning a little as you go. FORCE Trustees will discuss how they work to improve the rivers for both people and wildlife and take the opportunity to look at some examples of where this has been successful as well as other opportunities. This is a circular walk with several opportunities on the way for leaving the walk and returning by public transport.
As we shall be walking over varied terrain and some of the ground may be muddy, please wear appropriate attire and footwear. Please book so we can know how many people to expect. The official end timing will depend on the route and how fast we walk ! There is a map for this route on our website so please download it and bring along with you.
