Friends of the River Crane Environment

All FORCE members are invited to join the 2021 Annual General Meeting.  The standard business of the AGM is kept short so we can present an overview of what has been achieved in terms of the River Crane environment and projects - very interesting given these times of Covid curtailed everyone's normality. There is plenty of time to ask any questions you may have too.

The AGM will be held online using Zoom. Members have received their invitation already to complete online registration in advance of the meeting in order to receive the confirmation email with the Zoom link for the meeting. Please join the meeting between 6.45-7pm for a prompt 7pm start.

In order to be quorate we will need at least 5 per cent of the members to attend or provide a proxy vote. We would therefore be very grateful if you could appoint a proxy if you cannot attend, which allows the Chair or another member to vote on your behalf. To be valid, the completed Proxy Form must be emailed to info@force.org.uk by 12pm on Monday, 27th September 2021.  All the AGM documentation is available here
