Friends of the River Crane Environment

The location of this Volunteer Sunday is Twickenham Rough, a popular route toward the railway station. Everybody is welcome to join us to enjoy the outside doing jobs & enjoying the fresh air. We always have plenty of jobs for all ages and skills such as : 

• Woodchipping around fallen plane tree
• Clearing bramble and other growth
• Litterpicking
• Painting out graffiti
• Planting whips
• Building a dead hedge
•  

FORCE would greatly appreciate your help in maintaining this local environment for us all as there is always plenty to do. We have a restricted number of places so booking here is essential.

If this is your first time volunteering with us kindly fill in our welfare form in advance. Due to safeguarding needs all children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. We recommend you wear tough outdoor clothes and footwear with long trousers and a long sleeved top. If you can stay all day please bring along some lunch and something to drink. Or come along for an hour or two to see what we get up to !
